Today is the 5 year anniversary of the day Nick was diagnosed with diabetes. I just wanted to make a set about it. It's so weird that is was that long ago! It's seems so much more recent than that! That's one of the reasons I admire him! He can go through so much and still achieve all his dreams while also helping others!
